Bogan is Tamil Action Romance movie. The movie starts with Adithya ( Aravind Swami ) a con man who just love hedonistic lifestyle. He posses a supernatural power through which his soul can enter other's body and there is a super cool cop Vikram ( Jayam Ravi ) who is an assistant commissioner and he's getting married to Mahalakshmi ( Hanshika ). Vikram's father is a banker.
Adithya uses his power to steal money and live a luxurious lifestyle. He steals money from business and high valve places. Adithya one day picks a wrong target. He targets Vikram's father and steals money from his bank. Vikram's dad is caught and thrown in jail. Vikram starts making plans to catch the criminal. Here starts the face off between Adithya and Vikram.
